Scope and service agreements

Ariadia, Ariadia Academy, and Ariadia Platform are brands and services of Ariadia LLC, a Texas limited liability company. These website terms apply to browsing and using this main website. Academy learning, Platform workspaces, and paid engagements have their own applicable terms, orders, or service agreements.

Sending an enquiry is free. It does not start a paid subscription, reserve a service, guarantee acceptance, or authorise a charge. The scope, price, payment, cancellation, and any refund arrangements for an engagement are set out before it is agreed. This website does not take payment through its enquiry form.

These website terms do not amend an existing signed agreement. Where a separate agreement governs a particular service, that agreement controls the matters it covers.

Responsible use

Use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorised to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading credentials, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use forms to send spam or harmful material.

Do not submit patient information, confidential project records, passwords, identity documents, or sensitive records through the public enquiry form. Discuss an appropriate and agreed process before sharing information that needs additional protection.
