Ariadia LLC
Your details, handled with care.
How Ariadia LLC handles information on the Ariadia main website, community directory, and enquiry forms.
Effective October 14, 2026
Information we receive
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected enquiry type, message, contact permission, request reference, and submission time. You may also provide an organisation, location, website or portfolio, credential verification links, or a directory profile reference.
We keep the request status and private review notes. For a proposed directory profile, review records may include an Academy learner reference, credential evidence, team relationships, publication permission, and review dates.
Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, such as network addresses and browser or request details, to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry form uses hashed network and email identifiers with counters to limit abuse. Owner account information and session records support access to the private owner studio.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to review and respond to your request, assess a proposed collaboration or profile, document permissions, and discuss the next step. We use technical and owner-account information to operate the site, prevent abuse, manage access, and investigate problems.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include patient information, confidential project records, identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive information in the public contact form.
Publication and introductions
Enquiries, contact email addresses, and private owner notes are not public directory fields. A real profile requires separate publishing permission and evidence review. As agreed, its name, description, location, website, credential verification links, and named team members may become public. Public information can be viewed, copied, or indexed by others.
An employer introduction requires separate permission to release the relevant contact details. Sending a request alone does not authorise publication or an introduction. Fictional demonstration profiles contain no real applicant information.
Ariadia Academy and Ariadia Platform are services of Ariadia LLC with separate account and feature-specific notices. This website does not automatically receive or publish private coursework or project workspace information. Credential links may open an Academy public verification record.
Providers and other disclosures
Cloudflare provides the website hosting and D1 database infrastructure. Infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver, store, secure, and support the site. The owner studio restricts access to enquiry and review records.
Information may also be disclosed when needed to meet a legal obligation, respond to lawful process, protect people or the service, or obtain professional advice, subject to applicable law. We do not publish enquiry records as part of those routine operations.
External portfolios, organisation websites, and linked services have their own privacy practices. Loading an external resource or following a link may transmit technical information to its provider. Our infrastructure providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country.
Cookies and technical controls
Owner sign-in uses an essential session cookie. The main website currently does not include advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Our cookie notice explains the session lifetime, browser controls, and how this site currently treats browser privacy signals.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry and review records according to their purpose, including follow-up, documenting permissions, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. They do not automatically disappear when a conversation closes or a public profile expires. A profile may stop being public while supporting records remain.
Owner access controls, protected sessions, and abuse limits help protect the information. No online service can guarantee complete security. When considering a deletion request, we take account of information still needed for legal, security, permission, or recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct an enquiry, remove a public profile, withdraw introduction or publication permission, or delete enquiry information. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity and authority before acting. Removal from our site cannot remove copies already held by other people or search engines.
Depending on your location and the law that applies to Ariadia LLC and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing, such as sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, where those activities and rights apply. These rights can have exceptions and do not apply identically to every person or business.
Use the contact form below for a request or an appeal of our response, and identify it as a privacy request or appeal. We will assess it under applicable law and explain any inability to act. Where a law provides an appeal or regulatory complaint right, this notice does not limit it.
Contact Ariadia LLC using our community enquiry form. For a privacy request, include the relevant page or request reference and the email address originally used. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or sensitive records.
